Guodian Fuzhou Jiangyin Power Plant. The factory is located in Jiangyin Peninsula, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, about 85 kilometers away from Fuzhou City. The project is expected to cost more than 5 billion yuan. The first phase of the project is to build a 2X600MW supercritical full flue gas desulfurization coal-fired unit with a planned capacity of 4X600MW supercritical full flue gas desulfurization, which does not exclude the possibility of expansion. The first phase of the project of Jiangyin Power Plant in Fuzhou, China, is scheduled to start construction in December 2004. In July and October 2007, two units were built to generate electricity one after another. Annual power generation is about 6 billion kWh.
